I thought I'd start adding some important things to the journal, that Ive found quite helpful in the past.
One of these things, is the booklets published by MIND link

These booklets, are really helpful when explaining your illness to a family member or friend. There are also special booklets for family or friends to read, to help them cope with your illness.
